In this scientific article, the theoretical aspects of the investment activity of the enterprise were considered: the definition of the concept of “investment”, “investment activity” was given, as well as various approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of projects and their effectiveness were considered. The indicators of the market approach to the assessment of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise were described.
