Innovative potential of Russia, its regions and industries

Investment activity in the modern world is one of the main sources of the formation of economic, technological and innovative processes aimed at sustainable development. Therefore, issues of improving the quality of investment processes in industries and agriculture, analyzing the features of investment activities, investment relations, regulating regulatory and legal legislation are the most pressing and insufficiently studied issues. In addition, changes in the regulatory framework, political factors, military operations, the policy of unfriendly countries, sanctions pressure, and a decrease in foreign participation in the Russian economy often put economic entities in a difficult position. The paper assesses the investment processes of industries and agriculture in Russia, as a result of which problems affecting investment processes were identified. As a result of the work, author’s proposals were formed to improve the quality of investment processes in the industrial and agricultural sectors.
