The article analyzes the use of marketing communications by construction companies of Krasnoyarsk. On the basis of the undertaken evaluation the authors identify the most popular marketing tools to influence the consumers. The distribution of the communication means by the stages of construction will allow to increase the efficiency of the real estate sales.
