Assessment of changes in models and approaches to the management of organizations as part of the transition to the sixth technological order

Science is considered to be the main driving force of progress in society. However, everyday political, social and economic events and phenomena associated with the crises of socio-economic development of the state and society are also sources of the transition of society to a new stage of development. Such crises force humanity to find new ways of production, types of resources, models and approaches to the management of socio-social processes and organizations of various levels. Wave and evolutionary concepts of the development of civilizations and society have gained additional relevance in the light of events in the world in 2022, when there is a change of polarity and a radical restructuring of socio-economic systems and processes. The research materials show the contribution of the information industry and digitalization of the sectors of the Russian economy, show new models of virtual organizations in the form of search engines, information resources, social networks, digital platforms from mobile applications. The influence of new models and approaches to the management of organizations on the livelihoods of households and individuals is formulated. It is shown that the work on ensuring cybersecurity is of particular importance in management approaches. Additional features and factors that allow us to talk about the introduction of new models and approaches to managing organizations as part of the transition to the sixth technological order are disclosed. The paper proposes to evaluate changes in models and approaches in the management of organizations in the framework of the transition to the sixth technological order to implement according to the criteria: the share of technologies related to the sixth technological order existing in the basis of technological products of the national economy; the volume of innovative products related to the sixth technological order in the amount of all innovative products of the state; a place in the rating of the national economy of the state, from among the countries implementing models and approaches of management of organizations in the sixth technological mode; contribution to the GDP of organizations operating on new models and approaches of the sixth technological mode.
