Assessment of changes of myocardial perausion (by single photon emission computered tomography) after basic treatment of coronary heart disease compared clinical data

The study revealed some facts of influence on myocardial perfusion by different groups of drugs that would help to build conception of optimal CHD treatment. Myocardial perfusion SPECT in patients under basic treatment of CHD, as well as under statins, demonstrated the influence of such kind of therapy on the changes in hemodynamics and restoration of coronary blood flow in previously hypoperfused areas. Some regularities of changes in coronary blood flow depending on the applied drug groups of basic CHD therapy, as well as the peculiarities of the influence on myocardial perfusion after certain period of time were revealed. Of many different parameters of comprehensive patient study some prognosticflly significant indicators of individual anti-ischemic efficacy of drugs were selected. This, along with the traditional nosological approach to the selection of optimal basic drug therapy, we used new approach based on the choice of anti-ischemic therapy that is subject to the magnitude of effect on myocardial perfusion, as well as on individual clinical and functional characteristics of the patients.
