Evaluation of the effectiveness of achieving the target indicators of the state program “Environmental protection”

The article deals with the analysis of the state program “Environmental Protection” at the example of the indicators for the category “waste”. The differences in the overwhelming majority of the actual values specified in the state program with the values obtained by calculation are revealed. The failure to achieve the planned targets was noted, as well as the lack of freely available open data in readable formats. Proposals have been formed to resolve the resulting contradictions.
