Efficiency estimation of the social insurance fund's performance

Due to economic insecurity, decrease in population’s disposable income now matters pertaining to the social security become more significant. The Social Insurance Fund is one of the government off-budget social funds in the Russian Federation providing social welfare to citizens. The article analyzes main problems of the SIF’s functioning identified during analysis of Fund’s budget for the period of 2013-2017, and possible solutions.
