Evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of coronarylytic drugs in patients with stable angina

Cardiovascular disease is now the leading cause of death and disability worldwide. Ischemic heart disease is the leading cause of death from cardiovascular disease. Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a chronic disease that develops with a lack of oxygen in the myocardium. The main cause of oxygen starvation (more than 90% of cases) is the pathology of the coronary arteries that supply the heart muscle (myocardium). According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mortality from cardiovascular diseases is 31% in the world. In the Russian Federation, this figure accounts for 57.1%, of which more than half (28.9%) is accounted for by MICs. In absolute terms, it is 385.6 people per 100,000 population per year. As a result, the death rate is 95.9 per 100,000 people per year.
