In this article, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the budget of the personnel service: methods, indicators and criteria, the calculation of the return on investment in staff of the organization (ROI). The analysis of the literature shows that attention to the heads of the personnel service falls into the question of how to use the basic organization of the enterprise.
