Assessment of the efficiency of energy consumption in the enterprise

The article considers the state of consumption of fuel and energy resources at the enterprise. To address the issues of rational energy use, it is necessary to strengthen the functions of control over the production and consumption of fuel and energy resources or accounting functions, since not a single management task can be successfully implemented without complete and reliable information and its analysis. The solution of this complex and multifaceted task is impossible without modern energy accounting and management systems, since in the absence of a reliable accounting and control system for energy consumption, all energy saving measures do not give the desired return and it is impossible to evaluate their effectiveness. The mode of saving energy resources predetermines the need for rationing the consumption of electricity, compressed air, steam, gas and water. The standards are set taking into account rational production conditions and optimal modes of operation of the equipment. To determine the energy efficiency of the enterprise, as well as to assess its energy-saving potential, it is necessary to conduct an energy survey. To assess the energy saving potential of an enterprise, it is necessary to: find out the normative consumption of energy carriers and water; collect data characterizing the actual volumes of consumption of energy carriers and water; to conduct a comparative analysis of the data of normative and actual consumption of energy carriers and water.
