Working capital is the most mobile part of the company's property, participating in the production cycle once and included in the cost. High performance and financial condition of the organization largely depend on the optimal formation and rational use of current assets, as well as on the rational formation of sources used to Finance current assets. The article was an evaluation of the effectiveness of the mechanism of management of working capital of ZAO "Plemzavod Gulkevichsky". It was found that the increase in the volume of sales of goods for the period will increase the profit received for the same period, as well as reduce the cost of storing goods in warehouses.
