The paper deals with the impact of such motivational components as wages, benefits, health insurance, training, career development, and company loyalty on the employment behavior in the multinational corporation focused on confectionery. It is important to take into account the cross-cultural differences in HR management of a multinational corporation in Russian context and international management practices applied by domestic enterprises. A method of analyzing the score of motivational components is demonstrated. It allows one to identify the number of employees who are highly, moderately, or poorly motivated. The study presents an empirical interpretation of employment behavior patterns of staff having different degrees of motivation. The research defines a group of employees whose motivation must be emphasized because their attitude to work in a company is unstable and depends on external factors. The author develops the relevant recommendations to upgrade bonus system and create a flexible compensation package for this category of personnel.
