Assessment of the effectiveness of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the field of residential real estate

The author of the publication, investigating the functioning and development of ecosystems in the Russian residential real estate market, made an attempt to group potential residents of ecosystems into separate categories. Thereby emphasizing that ecosystems in the housing sector are formed under the influence of the expansion of horizontal and vertical links, that is, deepening the services provided both for the main services of housing transactions, and for related or current housing services, and strengthening their competitive positions by increasing the number of service providers on the platform. The author also analyzes the differentiation of residents of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the field of residential real estate by separating their interests, combined into a single scheme of their effective interaction. The study assessed the value of the services provided on the ecosystem platform by calculating a consolidated complex indicator formed on the basis of the author’s methodology.
