Estimation of efficiency of work of the insurance agent

Dedicated to evaluating the performance of the insurance agent. The problems associated with the introduction of KPI into the system of selling insurance products by insurance agents are considered. The need to take into account the influence of the magnitude of the loss ratio on the achieved result with the help of indicators determining the effectiveness of activity insurance agent. The algorithm for determining the level of efficiency of its activities achieved by an insurance agent is described.
