Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs (based on materials from the Novosibirsk region)

State programs are the most important tool for strategic management of territories. A study of the methods used by different regions to assess the effectiveness of the use of financial resources in the framework of state programs has shown a number of shortcomings. Based on the assessment of the implementation of the target indicators in the implementation of the state program of the Novosibirsk region, the need for a comprehensive approach and periodic clarification of the evaluation criteria is justified.
