Assessment of efficiency of control and supervising activity realization in the construction sphere of the resort town of Sochi

In article the main problems in realization of control and supervising activity in the construction sphere of a resort of Sochi are considered. The main directions of implementation of control and supervising activity by local municipal authority are opened. The negative impact of violations and a consequence of unauthorized building in the resort is shown.
