Assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of national priorities in the Primorsky krai

The article evaluates the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic national priorities of the Russian Federation on the example of Primorsky Krai. In the course of the study, some aspects of the formation of advanced development territories were considered using the example of Mikhailovsky and Nadezhdinskaya PDA, an analysis of the results of the above-mentioned PDA from 2015 to 2020 was carried out, and the main trends of their development were identified. The relationship between the activities of the territories of advanced development and the degree of achievement of national priorities in the Primorsky Krai is revealed. A positive trend has been established in improving the living conditions of the citizens of the Primorsky Krai, which, to a certain extent, is due to the functioning of the territories of advanced development. The article identifies the main problems that form obstacles to improving the living standards of residents of the Primorsky Krai, formulates the ways to achieve the strategic national priority «improving the quality of life of citizens of the Russian Federation» for residents of the Primorsky Krai.
