Estimation of regional management efficiency on the basis of population life quality indices

Methodological basis for regional management efficiency estimation on the basis of the population life quality indices is considered in the article. The technology for the estimation of regional management efficiency in the Belgorod Region, applied subjective and objective indices as well as the procedure of consolidated table of meanings formation and the final diagram «Quality rose: are analysed. The results of life quality research held in the Belgorod Region in 2006-2009 are presented.
