Evaluation of transactions IPO on the example of football club

The article describes the approaches to assessing the effectiveness of transactions IPO on the example of football clubs. A brief overview of the market «football» IPO. The authors propose a model, the application of which allows you to create a single index, calculated on the basis of five criteria and efficiency characterizing the transaction to raise capital on the stock exchange. We describe the indicators used in the framework of this model in the application of cost-based approach to the management of the football club.
