This article discusses the main methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management system on the example of LLC GC "Pyshka". The results of evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management system in the company are presented, in particular, qualitative and quantitative analysis of personnel, analysis of personnel movement, and employee satisfaction with work in the organization. It is revealed that in LLC GC "Pyshka" there is a fairly effective personnel management system aimed at meeting the needs of personnel, which contributes to increasing the overall satisfaction of the staff. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the education of employees, including specialists who work directly with the organization's staff.
