Assessing the effectiveness of human resource management of Russian shipping companies

The article examines modern aspects of assessing the effectiveness of management activities in relation to human resources (using the example of shipping organizations in Russia). Emphasis is placed on the systematization and characteristics of individual areas of assessment. The authors made an attempt to highlight the characteristic features of human resource management of shipping companies as part of assessing their effectiveness based on various approaches of other authors.
