Тhis article is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of personnel management. The goals that help to achieve the assessment of the effectiveness of personnel management are determined. The characteristic methods and techniques of efficiency analysis are analyzed and presented in detail. Based on the analysis of various approaches to personnel management issues, the most important elements of building a competent personnel management strategy to improve the efficiency of the organization were identified.
