Assessment of the economy of the Angaro-Yenisei macro-region from the standpoint of inclusive development criteria

The article presents the results of the assessment of the modern state of the Angaro-Yenisei macro-region in accordance with the concept of inclusive development, which has been developed in the last decade in world and Russian economic science and practice. To assess the level of inclusive development, a system of indicators based on the use of the adapted "Methodology for assessing the inclusivity of the economies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union" has been proposed. The calculation of the integral index of inclusive development made it possible to form a rating of macro-regions (and regions) of the Russian Federation and on its basis to assess comparative property and shortcomings of the modern level of inclusive development of the Angaro-Yenisei macro-region. Based on the results obtained, proposals were made to select priorities for the development of the economy of the Angaro-Yenisei macro-region, allowing to increase the level of inclusivity.
