Private health sector medical services quality assessment in the Kyrgyz Republic

Research relevance: currently, scientists around the world are conducting various scientific studies aimed at solving issues related to determining the availability, improving the quality of medical care, and also aimed at increasing the satisfaction of the population with medical services. Research purpose: analysis of medical services quality assessment in private health sector in Kyrgyzstan. Research methods and materials: after data analysis obtained from anonymous surveys, we expected to obtain a reliable picture of following components in quality of medical services in the private health sector: trust, accessibility, satisfaction from the point of view of patients who underwent examination and treatment in private medical institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic. Research results: questionnaire survey showed that 34.2% of respondents often go to private clinics, 27.5% are constantly observed, 24.2% applied more than 2 times and 14.1% - applied 1 time. Conclusions: medical services quality level provided in the private healthcare sector in Kyrgyz Republic can be considered as quite satisfactory, as majority of respondents noted their readiness to entrust their life and health as well of their relatives and friends to private clinics.
