Estimation of quality of post-graduates preparation for innovative activity

Approaches to the evaluation of the quality of the system of postgraduates preparation for innovative activity are considered. The first one is based on the consistency principle and allows estimating the quality of the post-graduates preparation system in general; the second one - on the process and competency models and allows conducting estimation of personality of each post-graduate.
