Assessment the carcinogenic risk of the population in large industrial cities of Kemerovo oblast

According to available data on number of carcinogenic substances emissions in the atmosphere in large industrial cities of Kemerovo oblast (Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk), the risks of emergence the malignant neoplasms are calculated. Upper bounds of possible carcinogenic risks throughout the period corresponding to human average lifetime, at the combined influence of benz(a)pyrene and benzol, released into the atmosphere from stationary sources during period from 2007 to 2011 in Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk, made more than 10 -3, that is unacceptable neither for the population of these territories, nor for professional groups. The index of danger of not carcinogenic risk for formaldehyde and toluene at the combined influence to Kemerovo indicates (more than 1) the considerable health hazard of the population.
