Assessment of clinical and morphological indicators of inflammation of the nasal and lateral nasal cavities in allergic rhinitis

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the prevalence of diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses (ONP). Inflammatory diseases of the nasal mucosa (rhinitis) are accompanied by difficulty in nasal breathing and nasal discharge. 10-20% of the population suffers from chronic forms of rhinitis, and 40% of respondents note symptoms of rhinitis in epidemiological studies. Among the chronic forms of rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis (VR) occupies a large place along with allergic, infectious, hypertrophic, catarrhal and atrophic rhinitis.
