Assessment of confined real estate as source of income to the state budget of the Russian Federation

The article examines the evolution of recognition of property as revenue for the state. Irrevocable income or confiscated property otherwise converted into the income of the State has been granted the legal status of state budget revenues in a recurrent manner.
