Given the hard nature of competitive relations in commodity markets, existing organizations need a clear strategy for economic and financial development, which will provide some distinct advantages over certain competitors and strengthen their own position over consumers. Such a competitive strategy depends on the timely evaluation of competitive advantages, the formation of new mechanisms for the use of valuable resources, the definition of contractual relations with suppliers, consumers of products and services.
