Assessment of the competitiveness of the construction company

The article is devoted to the issues of competitiveness of a construction company. Recently in connection with consequences of world financial crisis and instability of external enterprise environment the attention is focused on optimization of use of available resources for increase of efficiency of business. Focusing on operational efficiency, i.e. efficiency of use of available resources in the conditions of their restrictions generated including by crisis economy and inexpediency of increase in resource potential, the building enterprise which uses resources most optimally is competitive. In view of it in article the author's approach to an estimation of competitiveness of the building enterprise, based on an estimation of efficiency of use of various kinds of resources is offered.
