In this study, aspects of the organization’s competitiveness management are considered. The article presents the essence of competition, its significance from the point of view of the influence of internal and external factors in the development of any organization, the desire of organizations in improving competitiveness in the context of a changing construction market and the interaction of participants in investment and construction activities. Forms of competition and indicators of the competitive force of construction organizations, as well as the methods for determining the competitiveness of the organization in order to determine significant criteria in assessing the effectiveness and achieve increasing the competitiveness of organizations in the construction industry are considered.
