The article is devoted to the analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the organization in the automobile market. The relevance of the research topic is justified by the fact that by analyzing the company’s ability to occupy a leading position in the market and highlighting its advantages and disadvantages, it is possible to foresee possible threats and make the right management decision in time. The purpose of the study is to assess the competitive potential of the studied organization engaged in the sale of cars of Chinese brands. The methods of this study include: dialectics, deduction, analysis, induction, forecasting method, systems approach. The study revealed the importance of analyzing the positional advantage, assessed the competitive attractiveness of the company and drew conclusions about its opportunities and threats in the market.
