Evaluation of contextual variables of the system for regional industrial enterprises projects management

A consolidated evaluation of basic contextual variables influencing the formation and functioning of the system for project management of an industrial organisation is made in the article. Key elements in the project management contents are marked; conditions for projects implementation in the Republic of Mordovia are analysed.
