Credit scoring of the Arkhangelsk region

In the contemporary world, using of credit resources is the integral element of economic development of business. However, this tool is used not only various organizations, but also authorities. Lending of authorities are accompanied by certain features, which are considered in the submitted article. In article the main approaches to an assessment of solvency of regions in the Russian practice are considered and the main approaches to rating of regions of the Russian Federation are presented. In addition on the example of the Arkhangelsk region the analysis of solvency of the regional budget for the main budgetary characteristics for definition of a possibility of crediting of the regional budget for the purpose of financing of operating costs of authorities is carried out.
