The work deals with the analysis of reforestation activities in the Magadan region from 1965 to the present day. According to the obtained data, the condition of forest crops is not satisfactory, despite all the measures taken for forest reproduction, which proves ineffectiveness of artificial reforestation under extreme climatic conditions.
