Assessment of events to increase the level of economic security of the Sverdlovsk region

The article provides a comprehensive analysis and economic justification of measures aimed at increasing the level of economic security of the Sverdlovsk region. The study includes an assessment of key indicators such as the industrial volume index, the degree of depreciation of fixed assets, gross regional product (GRP) per capita, the number of scientific employees and the share of expenditures on research and development (R&D). Based on the data in Table 20, the main directions for improving the economic security of the region are identified. Particular attention is paid to modernizing industrial infrastructure, increasing R&D funding, improving the environmental situation and supporting demographic policy. Recommendations include intensifying oil production, attracting investment, developing high-tech industries and creating favorable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses. The implementation of these measures will strengthen the economic security of the Sverdlovsk region, increase its competitiveness and ensure a high level of well-being of the population. The article also highlights the importance of regularly monitoring and adapting policy measures in response to changing economic and political conditions.
