Evaluation of the methods increasing the efficiency of resources allocation of agriculture state support

The article reviews the main programs designed for agricultural producers' support in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The key objectives of these programs are defined. On the basis of the performance efficiency analysis of the dairy cattle-breeding industry in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the author develops the methods of state support with separating of a particular branch and differentiated funds allocation approach. Also, the efficiency of the methods has been justified.
