Extent and assessed tax in some European countries

The authors were made a review of the international experience in European countries in the field of property taxation. Under the planned establishment of the real estate tax in Russia it is interesting to analyze the tax rates in different countries. Real estate tax is related to the local taxes almost in all European countries. Full actualization of the results of mass valuation for the tax purposes is rare because of the expensiveness of the operations.
