Assessment of experience in reforming educational system oriented towards national economy perspectives (case study of the Republic of Finland)

The article observes principle stages of higher education development in Finland. The author considers the government’s role in regulation of the innovative activity and evolutes conditions for effective reforms and current tendencies of the innovative development of the Finland’s higher educational system.
