Assessment of the prospects of the production and technological potential of enterprises engaged in diversification activities

In order to successfully implement the program measures of the state armament program during their development and implementation, it is necessary to assess not only the current state, but also the prospects for further development of the production and technological potential of enterprises of the military-industrial complex designed to ensure the production of military products. In the course of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, the tools for this assessment were developed. In solving the problem under consideration, methods of system analysis, logical-economic, heuristic and economic-mathematical methods were used. The practical application of the developed tools for assessing the prospects of the production and technological potential of special production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex will increase the optimality of management decisions and, accordingly, the effectiveness of the diversification activities of enterprises.
