Assessment of promising areas of development residential construction industries

The article is devoted to the assessment of promising areas of development of one of the areas of the construction industry. The factors influencing the choice of directions for the development of the residential construction industry are analyzed. The main aspects of the development of the industry development directions are identified. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of housing construction management by state and municipal authorities, since the level and quality of life of the population, as well as the prospects for the implementation of demographic policy, largely depend on the state of functioning of the industry.
