The estimation of the preliminary results of the realization of strategy of Kemerovo region's development up to 2025

The paper demonstrates the results of analysis of the Kemerovo region's development in the period from 2000 to the first quarter of 2018, this analysis reflects the stages: post-crisis - 2000-2003; recovery and growth - 2004 - III quarter of 2008; crisis - 2008-2009; recovery and latent crisis - II quarter of 2010 - I quarter of 2014; external economic sanctions - II quarter of 2014 - I quarter of 2018 (partly). The statistical indicators which demonstrate the dynamics of region's development as an effect of realized strategy mostly focused on coal mining sector was used. PEST-analysis gives you the objective idea about the reached results.
