Evaluation of the production diversification program at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex

The purpose of the study is to analyze the evaluation process of the product diversification program at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex. A toolkit for assessing the feasibility of these programs is presented. Its development is based on a systematic approach to evaluation, as well as the use of heuristic and economic-mathematical research methods. The proposed algorithms for the implementation of the main procedures of this assessment correspond to the new conditions and tasks of diversification of production at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex. They are aimed at increasing the sustainability of the diversification process. Their implementation in practice will increase the efficiency of the diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
