Assessment of the development of foreign economic activity of the Russian Federation with the EAEU member states

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the process of state regulation of foreign economic activity, which are part of the system of state regulation of the country’s economy and should be integrated into the macroeconomic policy of the state. The concept of state regulation of foreign economic activity is defined as a system of legislative, executive and supervisory measures aimed at improving foreign economic activity in the interests of the national economy. The legislation in the sphere of state regulation of foreign economic activity of Russia, its clear structure, which is characterized by a certain dynamism, depending on the realities of the present time, is considered.
