Assessment of the implementation of state innovation sectoral policy: regional aspect and cost approach

The article structures the regional component in the priority issues of state financial support for socio-economic and innovative development. Based on the developed model for assessing regional development, the author carried out an analytical grouping of forms of state financial support, which allowed to identify the shortcomings of each regulatory instrument and determine the directions for increasing transparency of inter-budgetary relations, reducing territorial disparities, and introducing a structural and innovative approach to regional development.
