Evaluation of implementation of state health care development programs in sphere of cancer control and oncological care in Sverdlovsk region, 2011-2015

The article review basic programs of health care development which are implemented in Sverdlovsk region in 2011-2015 to improve cancer control and quality of oncological care: goals, tasks, planned indicators. In order to assess the degree of implementation of the planned tasks of the state health development programs in Sverdlovs region comparison and analysis of main planned indicators and actually achieved indicators of the regional programs was conducted: "Prevention and control of socially significant diseases in on the territory of Sverdlovsk Region " for the period 2011-2015 and "Development of Health Care in Sverdlovsk Region for 2013-2020".
