In the article, the authors analyzed and developed recommendations for improving the profitability of the advertising agency "Undina Group" LLP. At the same time, a systematic and integrated approach was used, based on the construction of a regulatory matrix of indicators of the company's financial statements for the profitability block. The results of the analysis identified weak and strong company sides. As a result, based on the analysis, solutions were developed to improve profitability indicators.
