Evaluation of the effectiveness of territorial labor mobility programs from the position of formation and development of human capital

The article presents the author's approach to evaluation of the effectiveness of the territorial labor mobility programs ^ from the point of view of formation and development of human capital of the enterprise. In this context, a new interpretation of the concept "human capital" is proposed. The interrelation between the implementation of programs of territorial mobility and the formation and development of human capital of the enterprise is justified. Proposed indicators ^ for evaluation of the effectiveness of territorial mobility programs reflect the qualitative characteristics of the workforce and the level of development of human capital in modern conditions.
