Assessment of labor productivity of managers and specialists of the social sphere management

The article is devoted to issues related to the essence of evaluating the performance of managers and specialists of social management bodies, an analysis of the productivity of managers and specialists of the Ministry of Social Development of the Orenburg Region, with which the main problems in this area were identified.
