The most typical sources of occurance the emergency situations on Mastakh-Berge-Yakutsk gas pipeline are revealed. It is shown that problems of monitoring the prevention of development the emergency situations (ES), an assessment of potential threats and zoning into districts the regional territory on risk level of occurance the emergency situations became the acute necessity of life.
